Remember back in July when I made a wish for a renovation of my craft room?
The attachment to the application for funding of renovation I sent to the owner of the building, who also is my employer. I do believe I said something about doubting I would get a feedback about this. At least not this year:) I was wrong. At the beginning of August I got an answer and it was a go. On behalf of my brother I offered to do the work. Yes – my brother loves me but maybe not all the time:)
I am sure he will do the work but I have no idea when. It may be next week or next year and that is okay. In the meantime I need to move some stuff around. I have to be ready. As the typical scrapbooker I have to organize and purge when the opportunity strikes.
Temporary storage for my LOM system. Storage albums, category boxes and my cold storage. That was the easy part. I almost never use my living room so it will be great for storage. Not a perfect solution but something I can live with over a long period of time. This IKEA shelf was not in use anyway and is great to store scrapbooking “stuff” in.
Maybe it is time to empty some of those storage albums again? At the right you can see my “youth” – my life from 1970 to 1980. No digital camera in the 70th`s:)
This won`t look pretty from the sitting group but that is okay since I`m never sitting there. In fact it will be worse because I will add stuff on the top of the Expedite.
My craft room? Well, it is not looking good…
Me think this girl have some paper to give away:) The page protectors are in the snail mail on their way to new owners. Maybe it is time to say goodby to some paper? Oh man, they are so hard to dump:)
