Christmas greetings…

I did make cards for my nephews wedding this summer. I had just found Bibbi`s blog and I was so impressed with her work – thinking I can do this… I was so wrong. I tried again and again, but the result was not good. Then again, what do I need cards for? So, I don’t make cards for Christmas. I buy my cards. Every year I buy cards. Sometimes I write on them, sometimes not. Sometimes I send them in the mail, sometimes not. Every year I make plans for writing Christmas letters. Sometimes I do, sometimes not. I love to write them. Maybe that is my problem, to know when to stop writing.

Work is my worst enemy. Working in a grocery store in December don’t give me much time to prepare for Christmas. I can remember years when I hardly have been home at all. 15 hours a day – 7 days a week.

I do plan to write a few letters this December, and now is a good time to start.

For some reason I have saved the cards I received in the early 80’s. I can’t remember having so much Christmas stuff those years, so they might have been a part of the Christmas decorations. I think they were. I had a cork board and all the cards were pinned up there. I probably put them all up there year after year. 🙂 This one is from Hanne Z in 1982 – and I never heard from her again…

I better decide who I am going to write, and find the adresses…

Here is my Norwegian journaling for December 3.
