How to break bad habits?

Do I have bad habits? Oh I have lots of them. Some I love – some not so much. Right now I am spending hours browsing the internet for inspiration. Bad habit? Yes. Do I love to spend the time doing it? Yes. Right now I am eating way too much chocolate. Bad habit? Yes. Do I love it? Yes. No. NO – not really. Right now I do not make time for healthy eating. Bad habit? Yes. Do I like it? No. Right now I rather sit down and do nothing? Bad habit. Do I like it? Yes. So I might like it – but is it healthy? Not so much. I could go on for hours.

The one thing I am good at is breaking bad habits. I am the best. But then again I am so good at getting sucked back into whatever habit I have overcome:)

A tweet at Twitter just reminded me that I did sign up for a class at Simplify 101 some weeks ago; “If you fall off the wagon in breaking a bad habit, don’t worry too much. You broke that habit once and you can do it again.” – Janine Adams.

The class start October 4 and will be perfect for me. It is time to open my eyes and have a little chat with my bathroom weight. I doubt it will be a pleasant talk but that is okay – it is that time of the year. Besides I have lots of bad habits to choose from I don`t have to focus on the worst one:)
