A good day to be inside

I had to close my eyes to picture the perfect Christmas dream today. Our princess woke up with dreams in her eyes, so no bad weather could change her perfect moment. She was given what she wanted most when her parents came home last night – mascara. Of course her world was pink…

I know her grandmother is thankful that she now has her mascara for herself again…

I made a December album in 2008 and 2009. Last year I started very strong making 12×12 digital layouts. I love the layouts I made but there wasn`t enough of them to fill an album. In the end they found their place in the All about US-albums…

Two weeks ago I was told that this boy was not happy about him not having any minialbums like his siblings have…

Today was a good day to do something about that. I grabbed the photos left in my storage albums from last Christmas, a few pieces of Christmas paper, a few stickers, cut some cardstock to 6×6 and page protectors from WRMK, and went to work…

Of course I had to make three of them – no reason to create a reason to fight…

The albums were inspired by Stacy Julian`s self paced class  Finishline Scrapbooking.

Today was a lot about the weather…

…long morning hours in PJ`s….

…not a day for outside activity at all…

Stacy would be proud of you getting so much scrapbooking done in one day! My, the wind-whipped water does look very forbidding — no wonder it was not an outside day.

  12. Beautiful mini album! & amazing that you got it done in one day 😯

I guess it’s that time of the year again…when it snowed a lot and we all had to stay inside. 😀
We just had our first snow of the season, and wow…that’s a lot and really cold.
    I LOVE your mini album….
