Move more and eat well – September

While I enjoyed fresh pastries every day of the summer … I totally overlooked January’s resolutions to move more and eat well. I did not forget. I repressed and I felt bad. Every day. At the start of my vacation I had reached the point where I didn`t care.

Vacation don`t have to be all about food…

…but who can say no to dessert…

…and after dessert there is more “dessert”…

…and I certainly said yes to every opportunity that came my way. I`m all or nothing:)

The result? I gained half of the weight I lost from January to May. Those curves came out pretty funny….

The thighs wasn`t so bad…

Neither was my arms…

I guess most of the pastries ended up around my waist…

…and I guess the desserts added to the hips…

The one thing hard to explain is what it was that added to my boobs…

…The only good answer I can come up with it that it must be “the dessert” that came after the dessert:)

So I guess it is back to everyday life in the kitchen. Lunchbox and dinner every day…

I don`t like to cook at all and if I want to make dinner I need to plan. At least I need to plan for tomorrow. If I don`t have a plan I come home with a pizza or a chocolate cake. If you need some tip on how to plan your meals Aby Garvey at Simplify 100 has a new class starting today. I always learn a lot from Aby`s classes.

You can read about it and sign up here: Easy meal planning

If you want to be inspired and motivated to move more and eat well Cathy Zielske`s year long class at Big Picture Classes is available here: Move more and eat well
