January 2012 was all about the planning of a wedding. When, where and what. After deciding when, where and type of flowers we moved on to the menu. We prepared for a fight because lets all agree on the fact that not everyone love fish….

Ugly but tasty…

Monkfish

This was the one thing we all agreed about – even the bride to be.

Of course – transporting your guests to a tiny dot on the map called Håholmen with the Atlantic as the next stop, then you have to serve fish for dinner…

We had to wait a long time for the bride and groom to be ready for dinner…

and that might have made us extra hungry but the fish was tasty anyway…
