Hello Monday and Catch Up Day.
I kind of had my Catch Up Day Saturday. Finsihed the last of my tasks on my to do list for this January Cure. At least everything that had anything to do with cleaning. The rest is more challenging – but since I have almost a week to get things done I might get to it before the end of the week ๐
I finally pulled myself together and focused on healthy eating again. Sunday lunch was far more advanced than my usual lunch…

Oatmeal, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, hazelnuts, almonds, walnuts, pecan, sesame, acacia honey, brown sugar, butter and fruit juice…
I even added linseed for my sister in law`s benefit. (If I ever remember to bring one of these to her).
