January Cure 2017| #7

Learn to Love the 30 Minute Cleaning Countdown

I have learned the trick but I am not so good at using it. I kind of throw myself in to the task and don`t stop before I am done 🙂

So closets…I don`t have many of those and I think that is a good thing for me. My one and only closet was worked over during January Cure in 2015…

…and is still in perfectly order. No need to spend time in there. I might find a box or two filled with towels and linen in storage later in the month but then they do belong in storage.

Funny thing looking back at what I have been doing during January Cure.

Some problems seems to be coming back to me 🙂 During January in 2015 I was also working in my craftroom…

Moving in after renovating the room. All nice and tidy.

In January 2016 I was again struggling to maintain some kind of order…

Again this evening…

Once again cleaning and sorting the stacks of paper…

It is a never-ending story…

At least I filled one paper bag for the trash.

This is not very organized. Right now the purpose is to let go of some stuff and to learn what I have where. I need to clean and make room for some boxes I will need to sort through for a larger project later on.

I will have to see how much I get done this January. I might even have time for the organizing part 🙂

  1. How wonderful you have a room for your craft supplies! I love those horizontal dividers…did someone make those for you? Where did you get them?

  2. The Wilsons says:

Craft supplies are the hardest things to organize, I swear! Because you never know what you’re going to need. My husband hates to throw anything away, because eventually it could be used for *something*. lol! I love your shelves, though. We need to get some.
