April 1 is a good day for looking back at the month behind…
I did good.
Even the numbers agree with me…
My goal was minus 2 kilo and I made 3,2. That was not intentional. I did count every calorie but never eat the calories the training gained me.
My goal for April will be the same – minus 2 kilo, and I will follow the same pattern. Eat the right amount of calories, add fruit and veggies, walk and be friendly with my exercise bike. At least as friendly as I can be with the monster.
